Öland May 2022
My wife and I were on Öland two weeks in May, week 20 in the north and week 22 at Ottenby in the south. The weather during the last week was unusually bad with a lot of rain and wrong winds. We did not see more than 125 species, which is clearly below normal. However, we spent some time finding some rare butterflies, Duke of Burgundy Fritilary and Marsh Fritilary. And we saw Stag Beatle for the first time.
